Booking Terms and Conditions

Before booking please:

 

  • Go to the service page you are interested in. Thoroughly read all information, so you are fully informed, medically suitable and are happy will all possible outcomes.
  • By making a booking, you agree to all of the T's & C's.​​
  • Client/Medical forms will be filled out prior to treatment/same day.
  • A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit is required at time of booking and the Balance to be paid at time of appointment.
  • Topical Anesthetic applied prior to appointment where applicable.
  • If a Patch test is required a $50 fee is applicable. P.T may be waived.
  • Adhere to our Covid19 Protocols.

 

ONLINE BOOKINGS:

(Bookings made as of 26/03/2022)

A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit is required at time of booking and the Balance to be paid at time of appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hrs prior.

Rebooking 48hrs before your appointment ~ Deposit will be transferred.

Cancellations will lose their deposit.

Deposits can not be transferred to another person UNLESS that person fills the same appointment for the same $ amount.

Cancellations/Rebooking/within 48hrs, will lose the 20% Deposit UNLESS we are able to fill the appointment.

No Shows will lose the 20% Deposit and will be required to pre-pay the whole amount of the service if wishing to rebook.


Touch up prices are listed. No Shows or Rescheduling within the 48 hr period, will lose their deposit and will be required to pay an addition fee to reschedule.

Consultations are $50 which is deducted when going ahead with an appointment.

You will be sent a link from Fresha to confirm your appointment

and another link to our website to read important information.


'No Show' MODELS or last minute reschedules the price for the touch up will be 1/2 the value of the full price service.


COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment due to Covid symptoms you will be required to produce 

a Dr's Certificate or photo of your R.A.T Test Result, so your cancellation fee can be transferred to another appointment time.


PHONE/IN PERSON DEPOSITS

6/8 WEEK TOUCH UP:

The 6 week eyebrow/eyeliner touch up/8 week lip blush touch up price is listed.

Eyebrow/Eyeliner/Lip touch up must be done within 8 weeks. (unless otherwise arranged)

When too much time passes it is to difficult to touch up and needs to be re-drawn and completely re-done.

If the touch up is cancelled within 48 hrs of the appointment a fee will apply when rescheduling.

No shows or cancelling within 24hrs of the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of $100 on top of listed amount.

These fees apply because there is little or no chance of filling the appointment at such a late stage.

If for ANY reason your touch up can not be done within 8 weeks, a *fee will be charged.

The *fee will be worked out on the length of time past and how much *work is required.

Definition of *work: If brows, eyeliner or lips need to be redrawn/measured.

2nd touch up. If (because too much time had past) 

you require another touch up (within 6 weeks) there will be a charge of $100+

If touch up is over 12 weeks you will be charged for a colour boost price (prices shown on website)


REFUND POLICY

We do not offer partial or full refunds for any treatment services at Anita's Cosmetic Tattoo Skin Clinic.

Only exception is if treatment is deemed medically unsuitable to proceed with or if the Principal Artist, Anita, 

has advised against proceeding with a treatment after the consultation has been attended.


GUARANTEES

No guarantees as to the outcome or success of any treatment can be made.

We are all fully trained in our fields and use the highest quality products and equipment.

Not all clients will get optimal results for various reasons.


PRIVACY POLICY​

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
