Eyebrow Tattoo

Q: How long does it last?

A: Colour can last for several years, however to keep them looking good it is best to have a 'Colour Boost' after 12-18 months.

Q: Does it hurt?

A: Everyone's pain threshold is different, but most clients find it quite comfortable when using our

recommended compounded numbing cream.

Q: Do I still need to wax/thread/pluck

A: Yes. Any hair surrounding the tattoo will need to be kept tidy.

Q: Will my eyebrows be black?

A: No, we have a range of colours from blonde to dark brown. There is a colour to suit everyone. Black is only used on eyeliner.

Q: Will they be thick?

A: Your brows will be drawn and measured and approved by you before starting.

Thickness is determined by your face size, age and personal preference.

Q: Will they be swollen?

A: Yes, straight after the procedure they will be swollen and will swell more (sometimes quite a lot),

the swelling will generally last about a day or two.

Q: How do I choose between Feather, Powder or Fusion?

A: Do some research, have a look at lots of photos so you have an idea of what you like, Anita will also advise which technique  would be best for you and would last best on your skin.

Q: How long do they take to heal?

A: Regarding skin: Approximately 7 days. For the first 1-3 days the brows will be swollen (which makes them look bigger). The first      week the brows will be a lot darker, and develop a hard layer which will fall off by the end of that week.

Regarding colour: Colour takes up to 6 weeks to develop.

Q: Will you shave my brows off?

A: No. The only hair removed will be outside of the new shape.

Q: Is there any preparation?

A: Exfoliating and moisturising daily for a week prior will give a better result.
